Absolutely terrible

I checked in for two nights after a long trip. Room 601 had no heat on a cold night. I called desk to ask for help and was told maintenace would be by. I waited over an hour and called again. Told that maintenance was too busy but they'd try. I waited in room entire evening for maintenance without any luck.
The next morning I asked Alberto at the front desk if the room was going to get heat. He looked up my record and said I was supposed to have been moved to room 808 the night before. I hadn't been and no one had contacted me. He then issued me a key for 808. I tromped through the rain and tried it. No work. I got another key and tried it. No work. He sent me with the maintenance man, Pete, who tried the key and then beat hard on the door. An irate customer in 808 yelled at me through a crack in the door. I don't blame him. Back at the desk, Shital Patel, another clerk, couldn't provide heat or another room. I was now wet, cold, still had no heat in 601 and hoped I wouldn't run in to the guest in 808 again. I checked out and received a refund for the second night. They refused to refund any amount for the first night without heat but referred me to manager Jay Patel. He stonewalled each time I called over the next few days and finally said no one else had complained about the heat in the room and that I had been offered another room. I had not been, except for 808, which was occupied. Very unprofessional. This is not a place that you can trust to provide a habitable room nor to act in a businesslike manner when they make a mistake.
