La Quinta Inn & Suites Phoenix Mesa West, Mesa

The hotel provided good service and the room was comfortable. Prompt check-in/check-out. Location was convenient next to restaurants and shops. Continental breakfast was more than most hotels offer.

First of all the staff was very helpful and very friendly. We were early and I had not been in that particular area of Mesa before. I received directions, copies of legal documents, help in resturants, stores, everything I ask for I received. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, beds very comfortable. I attended the continental breakfast on a Saturday morning with a meeting going on in the conference room at the same time. People comming and going all of the time. When I arrived I found everything clean and fresh. What a treat, I was around for a while watching everyone go by. It was great to see the staff help those at the counter trying to find the meeting room, folks checking out and still able to help everyone that needed help cooking Waffels. I found that some could not speak english and my spanish is not that good but one of the ladies taking care of the food explained the process and it was a great hit with the kids. The staff helped me get my boarding pass on line, made inquiries for me and overall accomplished great customer service. Thanks

- The linen service stunk! These folks do not seem to use detergent for their linens! - Not enough outlets by the workspace, but was responsive in providing a power strip.

the hotel was relatively clean. pool and free breakfast were ok. the hotel was just what you would expect for the money. my only complaints would be that the hotel permits animals and there were plenty of dogs during my stay, and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, even though the floor was nonsmoking. service was good. rooms have an odd layout with non-locking bathroom doors.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was one of the more enjoyable hotels I've stayed in for awhile. It was close enough to restaurants, shopping, etc. It was a VERY clean hotel. From the lobby to the hallways to the room. Continental breakfast was very satisfying with plenty of choice. Staff was friendly whenever I had contact with them. I'd recommend this hotel anytime and stay there again!

This hotel is clean and has average amenities. The staff is polite but not overly helpful. The location is excellent, close to highway 60, many restaurants, shops and businesses. If you can get a room at a discount price it is worth the cost, but don't waste your money and pay full price.

There were only likes and no dislikes. It had very nice service! Great room, friendly staff and nice pool and spa.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta in Mesa, AZ. We spent our first night as a married couple there and we couldn't have asked for more! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was very filling, delicious and included enough variety for almost anyone. Furthermore, our room was very spacious, clean, neat, and the layout was very appropriate. The bed was big enough, the blankets warm enough, and the hotel was quiet enough to actually sleep (unlike some others during our honeymoon).
