Worst hotel stay ever!!
There was nothing to like about this particular SUPER 8. We came to visit family and also to check the area out as we will be relocating later on this year to the DFW(H.E.B.)area. The other reviewer obviously works or owns this hotel because those were all lies. Upon entering the establishment the rugs were filthy our roller luggage was barely able to make it down the hall due to the condition of the carpet. Unfortunately, the condition of the room carpets were not that much better. The only reason we happened to stay at this hotel was because its a 16 hour drive from Chicago to Dallas and with two children(6 and 3)and getting in at 2 a.m. the first hotel you see within a 3 mile radius of your family is where you stop and unload. To continue on, there was no working clock in the room, the box springs on the limp noodle queen mattresses were dirty(how does this happen?). Glad we brought our own bath linen, because the provided linen was also dirty. When notifying the staff of these deficiencies we were told that nothing was wrong with the accommodations no apologies, no nothing, very rude staff! Just an overall bad experience. Glad that across the highway was a La Quinta Inn and Suites, where the accommodations were more than exemplary.
