priority club member

I am a priority club member. I stay at this hotel each time I've traveled to NC. I always make my reservation online. This particular instance I requested an early check-in due to a funeral I was attending at 12noon. I called the hotel prior to arriving and was told the room was not ready and the early check-in I requested online was not forwarded. I was told the room would be ready prior to my arrival. I arrived and the room was not ready, I was told to wait 20-30 minutes. I left and returned in 40 minutes and the room was still not ready. I waited until 10:00 am to check in, I requested to check in at 9:00 am. I dislike the hotel could not accommodate a priority club member request timely and the handling of the situation was mediocre. I frequent this hotel all the time and I have never had any other bad experiences.
