Holiday Inn Express And Suites, Kimball

We were looking for a motel late and even though it was late wanted to stay at a name that we knew and trusted. We(husband and 17 yr old daughter) arrived about 10:00 PM after trying to find it. It is set back and you have to really look for the sign. Once we arrived and I asked about a room I was told they only had one and that it was was a suite with a king size bed. We were tired so we took it. When we went in we found clothes etc in the room. We called the front desk and was told to come back down and that he would find another room for us. When we went back he told us that wasn't the first time that night that that had happened to him. He then told us that he had a room with a king size bed, an it had a jacuzzi in it and was also a smoking room. By this time we were so aggravated and tired that we took it. It rank of smoke so I had to go and get some spray from him to cover up the smell. Even though the gentleman at the front desk tried his best I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, I thought the prices were outlandish.
