Yet another lovely hotel ruined be a horrible management
The hotel was lovely and the breakfast that they offered was AMAZING, but that doesn't excuse the rudeness of the management. The whole weekend my family and myself were there we were being snapped at for anything and everything, and we wern't the only ones. I saw a few other people wern't lucky enough to just peacefully check in or check out without getting a finger pointed at them for one thing or another. My aunt was afraid to go down to the lobby for breakfast because she had walked through the lobby to get to the elevator late in the evening and the heels on her shoes were echoing in the lobby and the manager came out that if she continued to make noise, she would have to take the stairs because they didnt want guests calling in because of the 'noise' she was causing.
If the management (the rest of the staff, including the housekeeping, was very friendly) changes, I'd love to visit this Holiday Inn Express again, but I don't want to have to pay $84.00 a night again.
