the blankets on the bed were dirty the beds were horrible the spring pooked me all night and it was like someone else said you get what you pay for and trust me I paid for it the room was horrible everything in it was old the freezer had ice build up I wish I would have came on this site first I could have saved myself alot of disconfort the only thig that was good was the guy at the desk that check my family in

You get what you pay for.

Franchise location. Dark, musty, grimy, and cramped. BAD odor the minute you walk in the door. Outside lighting poor. Advertises $39 but this is for SMOKING rooms only. My bill for 2 days (with tax) was just over $100. Skeevy clientel. Convenient to the Mayo Clinic (distance wise) but traffic is UNBELIEVABLE at rush hours. Hard to find and hard to access. Strange area....a mobile home accross the street?!?!?!?! Free breakfast was pretty pathetic....nothing fresh. Evening & morning desk employees seemed more interested in surfing internet than assisting visitors.

Great place, convenient location!

We stayed here several times in the past three years and have always found clean sheets, clean bathrooms, nice room with working TV and helpful staff. There is no pool.

Horrible experience!

I stayed at this "hotel" over a year ago and it was the worst place I have ever stayed in. I see from the other reviews that this hotel has not changed. The halls were filthy. The room was filthy as was the bathroom. The bed did not have any sheets and the bedspread had not been washed recently. I went and stayed with relatives in another room, which was not much better than the one I had been in. We complained to the front desk but they were of no help. We spoke to a manager when we checked out and she did not seem to care. You couldn't pay me to stay there again!

these ppl should be ashamed of themselves for taking money from ppl for this hepatitus pit!!! The room was a mess, the carpet looked as if it haddnt been vacuumed in months(there were toe nails on the floor!!! )The pillows or more like what once were pillows looked like they were stuffed with piles of cottage cheese(lumpy and seperated) My friend slept in his clothes he was so disgusted, we wound up checking out at 6am, it was horrible!! You know just because a place is inexpensive doesnt mean it has to be a pig sty. the only good thing about this place(besides getting out of there) was the location. DONT GO THERE, unless you like sleeping in filth, then this is the place for you
