Hawthorn Inn & Suites, Pullman

I very much enjoyed my stay . I was greeted the moment i stepped into the door by a young man. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean . I am sure the breakfast was good but i slept in so i didnt get the chance to taste it but I was aware of it being a hot buffet. Friendly staff , easy check out in the morning with the front desk girl there . I would recommend this hotel to others . Nice cozy feeling :) Thank you HIlltop

I recently stayed at the Hilltop Inn in Pullman on a business trip. I was suprised to be welcomed with a warm hello from the young girl at the front desk. Check In only took a few minutes and I was up to my room. Comfortbale beds and warm showers. Restaurant has verry good 3 buck time deals which included suprisingly good food. After dinner when I returned to my hotel I was supprised yet again to smell hot fresh chocolate chip cookies the young girl at the front desk had just made. I will return to the Hilltop Inn every time I am in town on business. I would recomend this hotel to any one thats looking to stay at a clean, friendly, well priced hotel in Pullman.

The staff was friendly, rooms clean, and the food was great. The restaurant had a happy hour with three dollar items that were excellent and the other three menus were great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others and would return.

I enjoyed my stay here, while visiting WSU in Pullman. I especially enjoyed the in-room dvd player, and hot cookies and milk every night.. the breakfast was great too! All you can eat!!

The good: The staff were very friendly when we checked in. They offer fresh, warm (yummy!!) cookies in the evening for a snack. They also offered a complimentary hot breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage, etc. That was definitely a treat. The room was large and clean. Not so good: We had the unfortunate experience of staying there while several other large parties of people were also staying there. There were large groups of noisy teenage boys and their families, who were tromping up and down the halls, knocking on doors at night and early in the morning. The air conditioning didn't get very cold in the room, even though we had it set to the coldest level. There is a pool that is open 24/7, but because of the above mentioned rowdy teenage boys, we didn't even bother to try to go swimming to relax. Overall, not a bad experience, but nothing spectacular, either.

i love it it was agood place for kides. its close too food and restants and places to go.well be back. grat for teams tournments.
