Embassy Suites Raleigh - Durham/Research Triangle, Cary

The bad - attended a meeting with 400 people as they said they could accomidate that many people. Room size was adequate but Rest Room were not adequate to handle near that amount of people which results in long breaks, also rest room was not clean as it had water on the floor due overflows of sinks, etc. Was a long line to get in at each break. Coffee is worst Ihave had and was probably instant, charge $40 a gallon. Some staff was very rude in lobby, they have a hall monitor that told me to leave if I did not have a room key. She was very rude. This is the second year we have booked at the embassy Suites and the bad coffee and rest room problems was the same last year. Hall monitor was new probably due to 400 people but she was rude which was not necessay. The good - The staff that served our meeting were very nice and helpful, our lunch was on time hot and they maintained the carts full. They kept the tables picked up in the meeting room after people finished with their plates. The room was adequate size and did have necessary equipment for our presentations. The room was clean and no issues with the staff for the meeting, Reason for low rating was rude hall monitor, worst coffee I have had and rest room problems.

The Embassy Suites was wonderful. It is easily located off of I-40. There was a great (huge) mall about 12 miles away in Durham (that was right off I-40 also). The evening reception was great, the cooked to order breakfast is delicious and you couldn't find better at any resturant. The rooms was spotless and the two room suites make this place feel like home. Next time I'm in the Raleigh area I will stay in this hotel. Plus it is 5 minutes away from the North Carolina Museum of Art where we saw the Monet exhibit. Can't wait to visit again.

i liked everything the rooms the breakfast ummm the pool all the stuff the excersise room all the stuff ummm the people that worked there are kind i like how you can watch them make you food ummm its very spacious pretty nice real nice the rooms are very big and is like a one roomed house ummm bathrooms are clean and has pull out coach in living room very ver yvery nice i really do recomend.

The United Pentecostal Ladies Retreat was held in your hotel and all I can say is WOW! I didn't even want to lesve the hotel. Everyting you need is there. I want to take a vcation there! S.Turner
