Fairfield Inn by Marriott Bay City, Bay City

The staff is extremely accomodating. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the pillows are great. A nice continental breakfast is included, as well. The hotel has several restaurants within walking distance, and is close to shopping. I stay there for business, but I would stay there on any type of visit.

Before I describe our stay at the Bay City Fairfield Inn please allow me to describe another experience we had recently. About a month ago, our family stayed at the Millennium Hotel in St. Louis which supposedly has a three star rating. The room was less than clean, the staff less than courteous and helpful, and the overall value was far below my expectations. Our stay at the Bay City Fairfield in was by all accounts the polar opposite. From the moment Judi checked us in to the time we left was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. If it were in my power I would change the rating from two stars to five. Every member of the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I give you extra points for hiring people with Downs Syndrome. Quite frankly, the staff at the inn provided us with the best stay we have ever had at a hotel. Thank You, DS

Very clean accomodations with an extremely comfortable bed. We had a little difficulty finding the motel and had to call them (it's near the mall). Very clean room, nice staff.

Very nice, clean rooms, very helpful staff and close to everything. Might not have the 'best' location if you're looking for a resort atmosphere, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had a great time. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff are so willing to help you out with whatever question that you may have. Also the staff is very friendly, always smiling, and asking "how is your stay" Keep up the GREAT JOB.... see you all next time we are in the area.

I have family in the Bay City area. I like to stay at this Fairfield Inn, for the convienence, comfort, friendly service and decent price. My family likes it too. The location is near shopping which is nice for me! Good breakfast too! I have happy memories at this Fairfield and plan to have many more! THANK YOU !!!
