The mattress was as hard as the box spring, the light fixtures on one wall didn't work and they were not fixed during the two weeks I was there, even though I told management, and the bathroom fan didn't work the entire time I stayed either. Yes, I told management about that to. I was also given dirty linen and dirty towels. With a once a week cleaning policy, this wasn't exactly my idea of a clean and nice place to stay. The ONLY reason I was staying there is for work, and I don't plan on ever going back.

We like that its fairly quiet, located right next to lyons and McDonalds. Front desk is always accomodating and friendly. Its always clean and the AC works great. We have stayed there at least 10 times in the last year.

Peaceful and Clean

Compared to other facilities in Rancho Cordova, this one is a gem! Spotlessly clean, well-equipped little kitchen, large room, and far enough off the road to be blissfully quiet. My only problem was that I had a coupon, but was unable to use it because I checked out before the office was open. The day after I left feedback on the hotel website, a gentleman called me up and stated that I would receive a credit in the amount of the coupon on my credit card!! Would definitely stay here again.
