Baymont Inn & Suites Chattanooga, Chattanooga

Travelling with my friend and son for a weekend adventure, we rented a room at a competitors hotel. Upon arriving we were dissapointted in the room that only had one bed when on the phone promised 2. At the last minute we call baymont and spoke with Dottie! In a stressful situation she was kind, curtious, and helpful. She mentioned coupon rates, and got us a room right away! She recommend residents and always said hello when we passed her! The room was great had everything you could need! The fridge is great for milk and drinks so you don't have to run for ice!! Go see Dottie she will make your stay great!!!

The comfort of the beds are most important when we are staying away from home. We were not disappointed. The room had an iron, microwave and refrigerator which made our stay more comfortable and convenient since we were in town several days. The free breakfast had everything but meat and added to the very reasonable price for what the place had to offer. We will stay again. Also, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

Everything from reservations to Checking in & out was very easy. The front desk clerk, Meena, was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and newly renovated. There was enough room for our family of four plus all of our belongings for 3 days. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. As for the continental breakfast, my family really enjoyed it. There was something for everyone's taste, including my picky eaters. This hotel is in a great location just off the interstate. The drive to the local attractions and downtown Chattanooga was a short drive (3-6 miles). Wal-mart is within walking distance. The only downfall was that we were on the main floor, right around the corner from the front desk and on the swimming pool end of the hotel. The hallway noise was very loud. That wasn’t great while we were trying to sleep late in the mornings. Would we stay there again? Yes, just on a different floor! Thank you Baymont Inn & Suites for the wonderful time we had in Chattanooga.

Check in was easy, and the clerk very nice. We found the room to be spotless and the bed comfortable. The room was spacious and a step above the typical motel room. Very convenient to the Interstate and the Chattanooga attractions. The rate was very reasonable and we have reservations to go back in March 2008. Continental breakfast had everything anyone could want for a breakfast meal. We did not have time to use the pool, but that is also a plus.

The hotel is nice. Although it is a non-smoking facility, people were smoking in the rooms - you could smell it on all the floors. The breakfast selections were very good and well maintained. Checking in and out was not a problem at all. Location is near a Wal-Mart Supercenter and Cracker Barrel restaruant which was nice. Also easy acess to the Interstate highway.

the whole hotel stunk and was nasty the pool the rooms thepple were very unfriendly i just ask to see a room before i chcked in and they werent hrdly noone there i had coupon out travel booklet she wasnt evenhonor that. so i left.

The bed was uncomfortable and the sheet would not stay on, so we had to look at the blue mattress in our faces. The carpeting was coming up in the elevator. There also was no elevator permit posted. The breakfast was good except for the fruit flies all around. This was ranked in our AAA book as 3 diamonds but we stayed in another 3 diamond hotel in the area which was much nicer and only $3 more. The hotel seemed run down in general. We got very little sleep because of the bed and the noise of the elevator.

We wanted a suite with jacuzzi, so me and my girlfiend could have a romantic evening. When we got the room, the first thing we noticed was the jets were rusted and there was no stopper to keep the water from flowing out. When we called the front desk, she answered after about 50-60 rings and was agitated to have to answer the call, she suggested....yes actually suggested, that we use a towel or something to plug the drain because she doesnt know where the stopper is. service = poor guest consideration = awful After that, we will never go back to that hotel
