Harrah's North Kansas City, North Kansas City

we had a free two night stay in Decenber, coincidently, right after we'd lost our electrical power due to an ice storm. Thanks, Harrahs. What a wonderful gift during a stressful situation! The room was fantastic!

Other than a $300 dollar missed deal on poker; we had a 2:30AM wake up call thanks to the fire alrm system. When we asked for an explanation the next day; no one new what happened or offered any apologizes. It's hard to complain since the room was a free stay to begin with. All that was available at the time were two double beds instead of one large, but it didn't look that busy. Due to the casino error with poor results from my complaint; our next stay we'll be switching to Ameristar.

The staff was very nice the place clean BUT as a non smoker I was subjected to second hand smoke every place I turned and after 4 days my clothes turned into an ashtray smell and so did my sinus. The large gap under my door that let in each noise when someone walked down the hall that kept me up still was not corrected after I let the front desk know about it I ended up putting towels my self in the crack. I was not there for a vacation it was for a on site class This was the first time I also had to pay for internet access as a guest. Will I return the answer is no

I have been to this casino numerous times. I've even driven a charter bus of people there. I have spoken to customer service in person, left Emails and also called to resolve an issue with my total rewards points. I have never recieved a call, an E mail or any communication with this hotel. It is a very nice place with a customer service department that is less than adequate.

The new rooms are wonderful, large and comfortable. Plasma TV's, Large rooms and wonderful service. Wonderful Restaraunts, with new ones coming soon, Can't wait to go back to see the new nightclubs they will have in October.
