The only thing i would suggest to you guys is making sure you book it online at SweetHotelDeals. Net I did a bunch of searching for hotel prices, and that site seems to have the lowest prices all around

Horrific

Hotel definately didn't look like the pictures on the internet! Got the room with two queen beds, they weren't they were double beds & they were hard & very dated. I saw some long black hair on the sheets & the room stunk like a combination of perfume, food & incense. After I was in the room for five minutes I felt like I needed a shower. Not a clean room at all! I was so grossed out that I checked out & went to the Waterfront Marriott. For a lower price I got a cleaner room. I would NEVER recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. The only positive thing I could say is the location is great for tourists.

Used to be a good place...

...years ago. But it obviously has had zero updates since it opened and is slowly turning into a fleabag. Room was not clean. Repairs were amateurish. The grease stench from the restaurant below was almost unbearable. Afraid to eat the breakfast after looking at state of the room. Location's great, but that's about it.

terrible hotel

first, we were told that water and drinks, sodas, were comp, and would be in the room frig. they werent. the air cond didnt work, and it took them 2 hrs to tell us that they coudlnt fix it until the next day. (we were only there 1 day) then we found out from a happen stance meeting with another couple, that they had rented the same room to them a few days ago and they got their money back when they complained about not having a/c!!!!! so they knew about the bad a/c and still rented it out to us! after complaining, they did take 100.00 off. the breakfast was a joke, the guy cooking eggs, kept coughing, so i knew he had a cold. we will never go back. it was the worst hotel i have ever been to!

The perfect getaway for vacation

This place is a perfect getaway for any occasion especially for a anniversary. The staff was wonderful..the rooms were clean and spacious. we loved the morning breakfast and the wine and snacks in the afternoon. this hotel is within short walking distance to all sights and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel for any single or married couples, although not recommended for children the front enterance too close to busy street.

Luxury and service!

From walking in to leaving....the staff was attentive and kind. The breakfasts had something for everyone; fresh muffins to Quiche. Each afternon at 4 we were invited to the Library for wine and cheese and a homemade sweet. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large enough and the dual sinks with vanity space was great. We could walk to shopping and attractions and felt our stay could have been longer! Not the usual as we are always anxious to come home....not this time. Thank you Harbor Steps.

Small Hotel but a great find. Right next to Pike Market and the harbor. Oversized rooms, with balconies. The staff was great.

Couldn't ask for more

if you are lucky enough to get on e of the few rooms at this small property you will not regret it. I can't say enough about this beautiful Inn and the amazing staff. Located in the absolute heart of downtown within walking to most attractions. The rooms are huge and home like instead of feeling like your in a hotel. The staff made all my reservations and arrangements for cars and tours. Complete with extra details for my Birthday. Amenities such as free internet in the lobby, free sodas and water in the room and fitness facilities. If you are worried about the cost consider these things. The room tax is half of normal hotels because they are a "small property". Save one meal cost by eating their complimentary breakfast which is very good. And check their specials.

Best deal in Seattle

Best breakfast included in a hotel stay. If I were going to open an inn, this is the model I would use. Rooms are beautiful with wonderful features: fireplaces, refrigerators stocked with drinks, large rooms with sitting area, large bathrooms. Staff is really friendly. The people cooking breakfast can give you some of the best tips for touring the city. Wine and cheese in the afternoon is such a nice touch. We stay here every time we are in Seattle.
