The cost of the room was to high for the accomidationa.I found out that doing it over the internet cost me $25 more, than if I had call the motels 800 number.The first time the toliet was used, it would not flush. I called the desk , they sent someone right up and fixed it. We went down to use the indoor heated pool. the heat pump wasn't working and the pool was ice water. We ask where the hot tube was, we were told to go to the hotel across the street and use theirs. We get ready for bed. We had two children with us. one a 17 month old. the running up and down the room over our heads was so bad,constant pounding. This went on for hours. We went down to the desk and also called down several times.complaining.It was 2 am before it was stopped, so that we could get some sleep. We will not go back. If it had not been for the baby being asleep, we would have moved to another motel during the night.I told the manager that , when we checked out the next morning.
