Service an Issue amongst others

This was not the typical Holiday Inn Express I am accustomed to. Aside from the exterior entry (downfall), the service at the front desk at check in was less then desirable, the wake-up call never came, the alarm clock in the room did not work, and only decaf was left for coffee. The best part was the bed, which seems to be an upgrade in most of the Holidays I am noticing.
