Bad Service! I would not recomend this hotel.

Overall poor service and maintence. The room was not well made. We stayed there because of the pool, but the water was cold and the pool area temperture was cool. We asked the person on the front desk if they could do something about it, but the lady would just say "I don´t know" to all our questions or would not even answer. We had reservations for 2 days but we stayed just one night and left for the Comfort Suites on 5034 North Desert, which has a much better service, is a lot nicer and the pool was warm. We are never going there again.
