Quality Inn, Washington

Bed not comfortable at all, TV old and remote control didn't work. Overall just needs upgrades pretty much everywhere. Friendly staff though.

This is not a very clean place to stay.The walls in the room are very dirty with spills running down them,the towels are old and torn and the room smelled bad.We bought an air freshner and kept the fan on.The carpets are stained and stink like mildew.The back door entrance (behind the building,of all places) is UNLOCKED at all times ( I assume because the card reader is broken ) making the building accessable to anyone to enter.This hotel is way over-priced for the condition and really needs to be updated.We were on business and booked the room in advance without seeing it so we knew we would not get a refund if we left so we stayed but in the future will not stay here again.We have stayed at many Quality Inns in the past and have never encountered this before.The pictures of the rooms are very misleading. We also found a washcloth (left from a previous guest) in the shower !

Hotel is very outdated,not very clean,worn out towels and stained mattresses.Needs new carpets in stairwells and new paint in rooms and hallways.The cleaning supplies on the housekeepers cart was the Awesome Orange that you buy from the dollar store for a $1.00 a bottle.They don't even usa a sanitizer to clean with.Mostly construction workers staying at the hotel.Although the staff was friendly and it was quiet,I would not recommend this hotel.Rates are too high for the quality.Very disappointed!!!!!

This place looks nice from the outside. But it stunk like mold and mildew. I went and bought some air freshner trying to make it work but the odor was unbearable. I was shown 2 more rooms and they smell the same. So, I told them I would not be able to stay and they did not give me back my money. Do not stay here.
