Dear Sirs! My name is Evangelos Beis and on 16 - 17 August 2005 I visited your excellent hotel together with the german tourist group STUDIOSUS. My wife and me were very impressed of your hotel, the rooms, the service and the facilities. Among others we were very impressed with the beauty - items in the bathroom, especially with the white engraved soap, which we kept as a souvenir of your hotel, just to remember us our journey in your marvelous country. Unfortunatelly this beautiful soap was used and the engravings got lost. We would like to ask you, if it is possible to send us some items of this soap in our adress: Evangelos Beis Lykavittou Str. 35 Athens TK 106-72 Greece I know, it might sounds silly, but we would be very happy, if you would send us this soap, which means for us so much mementos. First off BEAUTIFUL country!! truly a feast for the senses with its panaromic views, tropical feel, delightful sounds and seductive aromas and cuisine. Quinta Real is by far the most amazing hotel in central america with its friendly people and impecible service enhancing the lush atmosphere. I totally recommend this hotel for those of you who enjoy a great experience.

this place is so beautiful. it's great. the service is great. the people, the food, everything. anything u need, they r there 4 u. just make sure u leave a good tip because they deserve it and they will remember u next time u come and they'll treat u like royalty. AWESOME!!

The staff was so helpful, friendly, and always smiling. They really made me feel right at home. Everything was very clean and beautiful. I felt like I was in a palace, I didn't want to leave. I can't wait to go back someday!

this place was incredible. we go often now to guatemala and every time we go we have to stay in the quinta real. the food is soooo good. the people and service are wonderful. they remember your name and act like they personally care for you. its wonderful. its very clean and its just beautiful. its the BEST place you could stay at in guatemala city.

While visiting our new adopted grandson..and staying here..my husband experienced a medical problem. I can't say enough about the wonderful and quick service we received..between people at the front desk and bellmen..who went out of their way to help.. The rest of our visit here was also great..food was excellent..so wasn't the service..quick and reliable..if thinking of going to Guatemala city I would highly recommend this hotel..

this hotel is really nice...in my opinion guatemala has the best hotels in all of a central america and the city is the nicest ive seen in all of central america also
