i visited my suite inn lognes with ny school a few days ago. before the trip we had to change our room arrangements twice only to find when we got there we had no rooms. the food was disusting and when we evntually got our rooms we had 10 things wrong with our room. . broken shower . broken cups .holes in the bed sheets . ect ect ect on our second day we returned to our rooms to find that the maid had come shoved the blankets in the wardrobe and the wardrobe door laying on ther floor. we took the door down to reception where they were very rude they were talking in english to uus and then french to the other receptionist. everyone on the trip is very angry with the hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
