Beware: customer service is bad
We made reservations by contacting the hotel directly. The customer service rep made numerous mistakes and ended up booking the wrong date (one month prior to our actual arrival date) which we discovered while confirming reservations a week prior to our visit (April, 2007). While making the reservation in February, I asked them to read back the information, and it was correct. They admitted changing the date in March, though we're not sure why. They billed us for the incorrect date and have refused to cancel the charge. The (male) customer service staff member was very rude and terse on the phone, placing the blame squarely on us. The rep taking reservations makes numerous mistakes and is difficult to understand -- beware!
