Days Inn Norfolk, Norfolk

The pictures in the brochure and on the website are not of this hotel. The room was listed as a large double queen room with kitchen. The "kitchen" consisted of a micro fridge and micro wave. There wasn't even a coffee maker. The door did not lock, the bathroom lights would not turn off. The non-smoking rooms had obviously been smoked in recently. The parking lot was being repaved so that we had to park behind the building far away from our room. There were ducks in the pool and the free breakfast consisted of hard mini powder sugar donuts and coffee and orange juice served out of filthy carafes. I was told by another hotel that the pictures are from a different hotel in Virginia Beach. This hotel is in Norfolk. We were scheduled for a 4 night stay, but moved out after one.Since we had been driving for twelve hours we were too tired to deal with it when we arrived late. The management was kind enough to refund our money for the three nights we did not stay.
