Extended Stay America Louisville-Dutchmn, Louisville

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were nasty and not even clean when we got there to check-in. Our lamp shade was about 6 different colors. There was stuff all over the walls. The tv only had 10 channels and the remote didnt work. Im not even going to talk about how nasty the bathroom was! The a/c didnt work properly. The people running the hotel were more concerned that his buddy come over and have pizza with them than actually getting customers what they needed. Only 4 people are allowed in the pool at once. So my family and I waited all day for another family to get out. When they finally did we made our way down to the pool only to find that it had been closed. They closed the pool 2 hours early to put chemicals in it, instead of waiting until 9 until the pool was supposed to close. This hotel is a complete waste of money. I wouldnt stay there again if they offered me free nights. Do not stay at this hotel, you will be sorry!
