Extremely dissapointed.

We stayed at this property because my husband was having procedures done at the VA hospital in Seattle and this is the lodging that was "pet friendly". Okay we paid the extra $25/day on top of whatever the VA contracts with them. In my experience Pet Friendly usually means at least a designated pet area and maybe a bone at check in. Not here. Okay at least our dog got in. (3rd floor - no pets on ground level?!)
The big selling point here is ALL the amenities - kitchenette, ironing board, iron, utensils, WiFi, etc. What they fail to tell you until you check in all the normal little things you would EXPECT are not provided - Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, tea. You get 1 packet of Coffee for your entire stay - if you want a pot every morning -it's only a 4 cup (more like 2) pot it costs a quarter per packet. Paperwork said hair dryers available at desk - NOT. WiFi is $4.99. Asked for extra pillow as my husband needed to keep his head elevated. Will not provide at any cost.
Hubby sat in recliner & dog instantly recognized that they failed to vaccuum all the caramel corn under it. Since there is no housekeeping service unless you pay extra you would think they would do a better job!
Not happy campers!
