Holiday Inn Express Wenatchee, Wenatchee

My wife and I stopped for lunch in Moses Lake at a Denny's Restuarant. We were looking at an AMA travel book for a hotel in Wenatchee when the manager came over and recommended your hotel. Then he surpised us by calling you to see if you had any rooms. He handed the phone to me and that's when I met Tiffany. She was very friendly and eager to provide us a room, but only had a room for that night (we needed two nights). She volunteered to give us your very best rate if we stayed the first night and would try hard to get us a room for the next night as well. We agreed to stay the night. At breakfast the next morning, Tiffany appeared and beamingly said that she had a room for us for a second night. In fact, we could keep the same room. We needed a boost at the time due to a family death that had occurred during our vacation. Our experience in Wenatchee was just the ticket. Thank you Tiffany!! Garth Sheane
