Courtyard Flint, Flint

Stayed here for two nights we were told that they had bar in the lobby but what we weren't told was that they didn't have anyone staffed to run it.... On Friday night our group went down to the lobby to have a few drinks but we couldn't get any service because the desk clerks were the ones that had to run the bar and they were two busy checking people into their rooms. On Saturday we tried again this time there was a guy behind the bar that really didn't know what he was doing. We heard a gentleman ask for red wine and he was told they didn't have any then someone wanted a bud light and was told there wasn't any then we find out that most of the beer was just going into the coolers at 7:00 PM so it was warm. The gentleman that wanted the red wine went next door to the Holiday Inn to their bar. You would think that they would be prepared because they knew most of their rooms were booked for a women's bowling tournament.
