Very Dirty and Poor Customer Service

I like nothing about this place. I reserved a non- smoking room and was given a room that smelled like a smoked filled pool hall. The chair in the room and blankets on the beds had cigarette burns in them. The pool was green and over flowing into the parking lot and side walks. I refused to keep my family in that filth. I went back to the front desk and explained my unhappiness with the place and the front desk person apologized and said my card would not be charged and we left. It is 10 days later and there is still a charge on my account and I have spoken to numerous employees about this and I keep getting the run around. I have even spoken to a Manager and still not resolved. I would definately not recommend this to anyone to stay, especially if you have a family. very poorly run.

Don't Waste Your Money

The rooms are filthy. I went to make coffee in the room and the inside of the machine and the pot were nasty. I asked for a new one and they front desk said they would check and never called me back. There was a dead bug on the floor. There was a cigerette burn in the bedding even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. When my husband turned the ac on a foul smell came out. He is a deputy and has worked many drug cases and told me that it smelled like someone had been smoking crack in the room. The drain for the tub was broken and came apart. Also the microwave and refrigerator were dirty and outdated. The lobby and the exterior give the impression that it is a nice hotel but believe me once you get in the room you will be ready to leave.
