Hotel 101 Park House, FONTIBóN

My future wife and I chose this hotel for our first visit and since our marriage have visited it on every trip to Colombia. This is the ideal hotel for a first-time American visitor. The staff mostly have a good knowledge of English. Room service is fantastic and inexpensive. I couldn't believe 10 days of room service and restaurant visits cost so little! The Business Service office is great and staff can't be beat! They remember you every time you return! Rooms are great and there's a little part right behind. It's completely safe, clean, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bogota!. You'll love it!

It was an excellent experience with the hotel, honestly it was what it had to be. Nothing more comfortable, could have stayed there for a whole year. And I like the city. What I did not like was what I heard from Bogota before I actually was there; people were nice and the places were incredible. I wish I could be there soon enough, and 101 is my first choice, thankyou very much!

Well I liked the service and pretty much liked the Hotel. I thought it would be bigger, but it was just simply what I needed and the rooms aw, they were perfect. My daughter lives in Coloumbia three years ago and I go every six months, but I dont like to stay in her house so everytime I stay in a different hotel. I was shocked and moved to read the last guys review about the noisy hotel and felt obliged to write a good review to the hotel, beacause I had an excellent service and it was a very delightful experience. I had no problems with the bar and I do not have a deap sleep.... The breakfast was unbelievable and this hotel made me reassure that Bogota is a very nice place to go, since the first time I visited I came home almost crying because of the bad experience I had. 101Park House, Ill be there again on november!!!

Don't believe the fake reviews by hotel staff. The interior of the hotel is hollow, and there is bar with really loud music every night. I couldn't sleep, even during the day there was construction noise. They offered to move me to another room, but the structure of the hotel means that noise will bother everyone. If you value your sleep, and don't want a hotel that's more like a loud bar, don't stay here.

It was unbelievable. I felt in another country but still the people who worked there treated me very kindly and reminded me where I was. A mix of Barcelona exclusiveness and Paris executive business work place but in Bogotá! At first I thought the business suite was too much for me, but then, after lunch we had to do a little meeting before signing some papers and hey, my hotel room was exactly what we needed for a small get together. We went there and everyone was amuzed by the air of tranquility you feel there. No doubt Im going to come back for a vacation! The best place to stay when in a business trip and everything is worth it. 101 ParkHouse ThankYou!

.... for some reason i did not feel safe ,when i had to use transportation, most of those drivers don"t speak a word of english and second, I am nor sure if that kind of cars have a valid license and insurance to cover a guest in case of an accident, it looks to me that they are personal cars, no the cars used for public transportation, I wanted to ask the front desk, but i did not dare, can somebody help me with that? I love the hotel, and I would love to stay there again, thanks. Ron.

I do regular business in Colombia, and have had the privilege of staying at various hotels, (La Fontana, and an Art one) This hotel is by far the best one. From the service they bestow upon you, to the live music on weeknights at the hotel, to the fireplace in some rooms. The only negative is it's location, however, taxi rides are not uncommon from ANY hotel. Would definitely route my travel arrangements through here.

This is a very nice hotel. The service and cleanliness is great. They offer internet service, an excellent restaurant, and a great bar to hang out in before the nightly excursions. They offer live entertainment almost nightly. If you're worried about fitness, a top-notch gym is right around the corner. The neighborhood is okay. About the only bad thing about this hotel is its location. It's not located close to the popular nightlife and restaurants, but a taxi ride takes care of that problem. In the U.S. you'd pay out the ass for a similar hotel so the price is good in U.S. terms. You can probably find a slightly better deal, but in a country like Colombia finding the cheapest hotel shouldn't be your goal. Enjoy your trip!

There are many great hotels to stay at in Bogota. I travel to Bogota on business frequently and had the pleasure to stay at the Park House 101 for six weeks, and, I must say, my wife and I loved it. The staff is extraordinary, the food terrific, the rooms impecable and the service first class. It's location is somewhat apart from hotels and the business areas, however, that is as much a positive as a bit of a commuting negative. Parking garage, as almost all Bogota hotels, is a bit tight. No question I will always go back.
