You should try it!
We checked in to a 2 bedroom suites. No hand and face towels in toilets on 1st day. And 1 pipe under a basin licked. We bear w/ all these. 2nd day another toilet floor trap choked thus flooded the toilet. I infmed d housekeeping immediately & they replied politely that they would send someone. Called again more than half hour later cos we were juz sitting & waiting, dare not even use the toilets in case d maintenance man came. Waited for another half hour, I decided to use the toilet which d basin had a licking pipe, so letting d maintenance repair the flooded toilet only. Finally they came n I again called the housekeeping to clean up that toilet. Only now 2 sets of face towels n hand towels were given (eh? so Mahkota IS 4 star!). My relative from nex door(1 bedroom suite) complaint to us that they only got 1 bath towel and called to request for another 1 & it took more than an hour to come. Same, she waited until can't wait & took a bath w/o using a new towel.
On the day we checked out, there were argument over the room rates. What we confirmed from internet booking was different from their charging rates. During the argument, I brought up (1) the flooding and licking, and about the hand n face towels and my relative also mentioned about (2) the 1 hour waiting. I said we are here for short holidays & no one has time to sit and wait. The manager replied: (1) So its because of the price you now complain about the towels and choked? (2) But the bath towel still come right? How professional!!! I told him,"whatever I said, you should juz say sorry and thank you for your feedback." and that "You will investigate why internet pricing is misleading".
Why I recommend you staying in this hotel is because after staying, you will appreciate the rests in the world. This hotel charged 4 star rate with a 2 star manager and service.
Just demand for whatever you think is right, don't be like me; bear with it. When brought up to the manager, only then you realised you could get sarcastic remarks.
