I like this hotel for the price and location. We stay every year 3 or 4 times a year to attend dance competitions. I have never had a issue with the rooms, or smells. I think the people are very nice and accomidating.

i stayed at this la quinta for 4 months.its a very nice clean friendy hotel.i never had a problem and i would stay again.keep up the good work staff. mike deonas

Beware...this is one of the worst places that you can stay at here is Lakeland.

Dont Bother

I stayed at this motel on June 28 and 29th. I was attending a funeral. I was so disappointed. First of all on checking into our room we found food in the dresser drawer. Then the ice machines( they only have two) were both out of order. When we asked about it we were tolkd there was a 7-11 next door for ice. When I reported our dissatisfaction on check out I received a shoulder shrug. I wrote to the company when I got home and I received a form letter saying someone from that hotel would contact me. This has never happened. I spent almost $200 and this is the service you can expect? Try the Hampton Inn next door next time.

Run don't stay

When we went into the room it smelled like urine. The blankets were all worn out and the room was dirty. My daughters allergies were so awful in the room we complained. They moved us and sprayed the next room. It too was dirty and smelly. We did not stay and checked out.
