Hyatt Place Busch Gardens, Tampa

I did not like the noisy rooms due to the aircondition. Very poor breakfast. Not good for vacation stay

The staff was EXCELENT they were really nice and willing to help! The room was great! The location is excellent: couple minutes from busch gardens! Can't complain

i loved everything. it was comfy and nice and afforadable.

They have a self service check in that was very easy and efficient. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed any assistance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The modern room was very chic and clean, the bed was comfortable and we loved the 47" HD flat panel. There was a fridge but no microwave - I'll be sure to ask for one next time, but overall, we had no problems and I appreciated the hospitality.

We only stayed here the one night, but the couple of times we approached the staff for assistance or a question, they were all friendly and eager to help. Our room was spacious and clean. We noticed that even the hallways and public areas smelled like they had just been cleaned. Definitely appealing.

I wrote a review long ago but they must have removed it. I stayed at the hotel when it was being renovated. I was not advised of all the construction. The hotel was a card board box inside. The breakfast buffet was a joke in a dirty meeting room. I decided to call Bush Gardens package vacations where I purchased the pachage and they refused to let me stay at another hotel. I was there with my 10 yr old daughter spending quality time with her. All we could do was go straight to our rooms because there was nothing to do in the hotel. They should have advised me about the construction in advance but did not. I sent an email to Hyatt and Bush Gardens and they never responded. I will think twice before I go to Bush Gardens or stay at any Hyatt. The Bush Gardens representative was very rude on phone also, they didnt care at all. The area at this hotel is very bad. Trust me you wont be walking anywhere around it. Dont stay here!!
