Good Location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/26/09
We were visiting family. Hotel was 3 miles away close to everything, lots of restaurants, stores, businesses. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good especially the waffles. Lots of amenities in the room the only drawback was lack of counter space. Coffee pot and hair dryer were on the bathroom sink which left no space for toiletries. Small bathroom area for dressing after shower also microwave, refrigerator and ironing equipment was in the "closet" area making luggage and clothing storage cramped. They gave us an AARP discount which made the room a good value. We'd stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN!!!!!!!
By Kymbr, 02/22/09
Do not stay here if you have small children because they do not overlook the fact that accidents may happen and will charge an outrageous amount of money for those accidents. My daughter accidentally marked on the comforter with a washable marker. They then charged us $200 for a $30 blanket! We left early due to the overpriced quality of the rooms and I guess they had to make up the difference somehow. The staff is extremely rude and will not tolerate any disputes you may have! The rooms are dirty, the beds are uncomfortable and some of them only have small showers. Warning: if you have children, $130 night may end up costing $400!

Loved my stay here...
By Avikar G, 11/11/08
Spent 4 nights here and loved it. The front desk staff was very helpful and knew alot about the surrounding area. Hotel Rooms are clean and breakfast was laid out very well in the morning. Free High Speed internet is a major plus in my book. Will be returning soon.

NOT RECOMMENDED ! ! !
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/17/08
Stayed during the week. the carpet was still dirty from the previous party. not lint but cookie crumbs and large food particles.... gross! beds were concave and pillows were as fluffy as cardboard. the room felt musty and a strange smell. but im sure the crickets in the room didnt mind the smell. the room was outdated and definately needs a makeover. dont be fooled by the internet pictures. over priced and should of stayed in my car. do i have anything good to say about the place? nice lobby....... and everything OUTSIDE of the sleep inn is great. if i had children i would NOT recommend it. im glad i came alone and booked my niece elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Hidden Jewel
By Nelson, 05/09/08
On the grounds of the Superstistion Springs Center. You won't go hungry lots of shopping and dinning. Hotel is going through changes with new beds and decor look forward to seeing the new look. Staff is Fantastic the kind of service you'd expect from a 4 star hotel.

Highly Recommend
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/01/08
My mother and I recently spent 5 nights here and would stay again in a heartbeat. Our room was very comfortable. It was clean, everything was new, the staff was helpful and courteous. The "continental" breakfast far surpasses the usual offering. The location is convenient to day trip destinations. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

What a dump!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/24/07
This hotel is so overrated and so overpriced. At $130 per night plus taxes, it is not a good value. It is timeworn and dirty. The double (only) beds are hard. Plastic cups? If you want to be awake at 4:00 in the morning from garbage trucks clanging about or semis dieseling outside your window, this is the place to stay. At $60 per night, it would have been an okay deal. Never again!

Uncomfortable
By Gary T, 02/20/07
My family and I stayed at this place back in August. This place was so uncomfortable. First of all they only had double beds which I found uncomfortable to share with another adult. I had to sleep with my kid. Second the bed caved in in the middle and the pillows were so soft and flatten like a pancake. I had backaches in the morning The room are small and only contains a small shower. The only thing good about this place is the breakfast and a nice small pool. I will not stay at this place again . I plan to stay at The Country Inn on my next trip to Mesa where they have Queen size beds.
