Twenty bucks less than Holiday Inn Express and bigger rooms too. Its across from Casino, Race Track, and Coliseum. Restuarants are about one mile away.

The room was dirty.The pool was out of order .I was over charged when I asked for a refund was told the manager would call me back .After 2 weeks of no call .I called back manager wouldn't come to the phone I was told that they found ashes in the room so there wouldn't be a refund I will Never Ever stay at this place again.

There was no hot water. We were told a lot of people were showering so give it a few minutes. We waited an hour and still had no hot water. The front desk and manager didn't care and as I was told the owner has been told about this complaint many times and nothing has been done; I assume he doesn't care either.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed here for work because there were no other rooms available. I came back after work to find my key didn't work. After going to the front desk and having them reactivate it i went into my room and found that all of my personal stuff had been stolen and a key to my room that was not mine was sitting next to my bed. I called the cops and spoke to the hotel staff who's unwillingness to help was obvious. They told me the manager would call me back, never did after repeated attemps i finally spoke to someone and i was told to check my reciept... it says 'THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THEFT OF ANY KIND'. They shrugged me off and told me it wasn't their problem. Do not stay here, the staff will rip you off and then tell you they are not liable.
