This place was awful

I called to let the hotel know we, party of 11, were arriving that night and we needed to be picked up at 10:30. After going round and round with the Sean, employee, I asked for a manager. I then spoke with Mike who said my confirmation for three rooms was cancelled several months prior because the credit card I used expired. He claimed he tried to call me and gave me some off the wall phone #. I never received a call nore did I receive a courtesy letter. The rate I booked the rooms at was now $60 higher per night and they would not honor my original confirmed price. My dad is on oxygen and the company was delivering the oxygen to the hotel so we had no choice but to pay the additional price. The hotel was a nightmare. The rooms and sheets smelled and were dirty. The roof leaked and saturated the floors. The free breakfast wasn't even edible. When we arrived at the airport there was no shuttle. I called the hotel and they sent a van that arrived 45 minutes later. Don't stay at this place.
