Bowen's by the Bays, Hampton Bays

I'm from Long Island, living in Virginia. I stayed here for the first time Aug 09'. I loved the fact I could bring my dogs and still be in a great cottage. The cottage was clean and neat had everything I needed. My family is close by so it made visiting very easy. 10 minutes to the best beaches in the Hamptons just across the Ponqouge Bridge. go left for 1 and right for the rest AKA Dune Raod. Close to wineries just down the 27A 30 minutes to Southhampton and all the rest. For the price it's perfect didi I mention I can bring my dogs!

I stayed here for a weekend in October 2008. The room was musty and dirty. The atmosphere is terrible. I would not suggest that anyone stay here. The price alone is way to high for what you get. Go to the Red Roof Inn...it would be cleaner and nicer.

we go to bowens every year, usually in august with two dogs in a cottage..we all love the privacy,the hammock, screened porch + pool. Just returned from a weekend in a guestroom..king bed, brand new bath,sliders out to the gardens + we could hear the waterfall in the fish pond..There are a couple of acres here and they all seemed to be filled with flowers! We played tennis late one night when the air cooled and that was fun. Highly recommend!

we really had a great time here, the room was very pretty with a brand new bath, the grounds are filled with flowers and the owners were very warm and welcoming. we are returning next summer to stay in one of their guesthouses with our dog, the price is right and we are very happy overall with our experience!

we had a wonderful stay at Bowens by the Bays..the room was immaculate and beautifully decorated and the grounds were filled with gorgeous flowers. Eileen and Kevin were great hosts, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitly be visiting again.
