Heritage Inn Hotel & Suites, Williamsburg

very dirty! The pool & hot tub were gross. Doesn't look like the pictures.

Outside of hotel seemed very clean, but the rooms and pool area were definately not. The towels were very thin, smelly and had a yellow like discoloring. The beds were extremely hard with flat pillows. There was about an inch of dust on everything and cobwebs on the lights and walls. The carpet was dingy, dusty, and down right nasty. The pool area was covered with water and rust stains. The pool water was very dirty. I know alot of people that come to Williamsburg to shop at the Tanger Outlet Mall and I am going to suggest they never come to this hotel.

Very clean and quiet hotel and we felt very safe and secure. Our car was safe too as they keep their parking lot only for guests and outsiders are not permitted to park on the hotel property. The property looks very new and has a nice indoor heated pool and spa.The elevator was very helpful in getting our stuff to our room. The hotel seems to have all the modern amenities. A nice stay and will surely stay again.
