Corus Paradise Resort Port Dickson, Port Dickson

I would like to share with ALL of you my horrible experience when I spend my family holiday at this hotel last few days. I don't know how to express my disappointment but to tell you in short it ruins my entire holiday. There is sauna facility but not working. The swimming pool is dirty. Not well maintained. I do agree with everybody who posted their comments below.

The place is dirty, dusty and all the furnitures are old. Windows so dusty never wiped. Not worth the price to pay for a hotel.

Atually we booked for 3 days and 2 nights in this " Place called CORUS PARADISE RESORT " but we stayed only 1 night. In this night, we were being bitten from bed bugs with an amount of over 100 ( ONE HUNDERT ) bites. Still they want to charge me for the night stay in this "BED BUGS HOTEL " After about nearly an hour discusion they agree to pay me my deposits back. The MANAGER haven't even shown his face and to explain. The rest of my holidays is spoilt and we will be heading back to Germany in a couple of days with itchiness over our bodies.If I had more time here, I will surely sue this hotel .I think I better inform the Health Department . My recommendations is, ALL of you out there...stay away from this "HOTEL". or take a risk and stay there. I recommend this " HOTEL " should be CLOSED DOWN.

Lousy resort, the rooms was so dirth, the floor sandy, the electrical switch control wires exposed. Balcony not cleaned for 2 months. The swimming pool wall yellow in colour not cleaned. During breakfast which we went as early as 8.45 did not have place to sit, had to wait for about 10min till we manage to get a place. Crow at the eating area, where my daughters hot dog was snatched by the crow. Terrible place to go.

Absolutely horrendous!! I was shocked to see quite a few very positive remark about this hotel (these are probabaly written by the hotel people themselves). I stayed there with my family for 2 nites. There were roaches everywhere...in the bathroom, on the floor in the room...The toilets were DIRTY and brown. Loud noises at night from music and people karaoking until 12 midnite. Called the front desk to complain...after the 2nd call...they don`t even pick the phone up. How rude!!. Definitely not a place for family...or anyone for that matter....

The room was nice, food was good. Pool was nice. We had BBQ, organized by the hotel. And karaoke too. We conducted a group meeting. On the last day, the hotel organized games for kids and adults. Everyone enjoyed the activities. Corus PD did very well in conducting out program.

Quite okay. The room is reasonably clean. The staff are quite friendly. Have a good concept. But the rate is too high especially during holiday season. I won't pay that much to get the same kind of experience.

Let me start with the check-in. Upon checking in (which takes about 20 minutes) you will find that the reservation counter is dirty. The staff looks untidy too. As you take the elevator up to the room, you will notice that it is so dirty that you don't even want to put your bags down although its like 50kilograms! Later that night, I accidentally used the service lift as there were no proper directions and the state of the lift rendered me speechless! Next, come the rooms. NO satellite channel whatsoever, the TV's remote control's battery is out, had to call the maintenance to come and it took them 25 minutes. (it was not a full house). The bathroom is dirty and totally grosses us out! The tissue holder was rusty, toilet bowl dirty, the sink is slimy. The ceiling in the room looks as if it was about to collapse anytime. The window sills were so dirty that it turned green! The tiles in the room were dirty (thank goodness the room was not carpeted or it'd smell like dead rat). When you stay in this hotel, forget concierges, bell boys, room service, etc. We would not pay RM50 to stay in this hotel, let alone RM248. We had a bad experience in this hotel. And to think that we came all the way to Port Dickson to relax. The hotel spoiled it. We will not recommend this place to anyone! We will not even mention the name of this hotel to anyone.

i all ready stay at this hotel and for me it`s very good place to people who want to relax and having fun with friends and family because this hotel have a beautiful view...in very love it

The place is very warm & relax when 1st I step into the resort.It near to town which I really can get what I want easily without feel trouble at all. THe staff is very helpful & very nice to me. I felt great as a guest in this resort. I will recommend to everyone who I knew.
