I'll sleep in my car first

The building looks nice, but this is a very difficult location to find and when you get there, you are greeted with staff that have yet to learn manners of professionalism. We had an awful moldy smell in our room and instead of the staff coming up or offering another room, we were told to come to the desk and get some spray. I had a problem even before we arrived with some charges made to my CC. The manager seemed to be accommodating, but by the end of our stay he was no where to be found when it was time to settle the CC matter and I have yet to talk with him again after several repeated calls over a period of weeks. The money I loss is worth it for me to be able to run from there and never return. If I had a choice of lodging there or in the car - the car would win hands down.
