Never Again

The desk was too busy to talk and had to call me back to make reservations. They were wrong on our e-mail confirmation. Had to call again and again too busy to talk they had to call me back.
The room was fine. and Desk clerk friendly. We were told we would have bagle sack lunch to go for breakfast for a very early flight. They didn't know anything about it that morning.
We were told we would have a mini-van to take 4 of us with lots of bags to airport. A small car showed up. When we returned from trip, after many phone calls to the motel to have us picked up and told over and over their was 4 of us with lots of luggage. Along time later a compact car showed up to get us. Not what a traveler wants after a long trip!!!.
