Take it or leave it....

Nothing wrong with the hotel, just ordinary, as you expect for Best Western. Rooms are sub par, staff was not overly friendly yet did their job. What more can you really ask for at a Best Western? Would not stay again for the price or the staff, didn't really sink in well with me that they seemed somewhat annoyed at my checkin, people like myself are the reason they get a paycheck. Oh well, I'm now indifferent, what I come to expect from that kind of hotel chain. I'm thinking I should stay with a better branded hotel, this place was really not much to write home about.

A very peaceful and blessed experience

I found the front desk staff not only friendly but very helpful. My room was ver comfortable and clean. I could not have asked for more, well......maybe a microwave to go with the other appliances provided ( : It was easy to find and fairly close to EVERYTHING. I will not hesitate to use this hotel again. I will recomend to others. Beautiful!!!!!!

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

MY HUSBAND STAYED AT THIS HOTEL ON JULY 27 & 28.WHEN WE ARRIVED, THE KEY TO OUR ROOM DIDN'T WORK (2ND FLOOR), SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO GET ANOTHER KEY. FINALLY THE KEY WORKED BUT THE ROOM WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED. WE WERE SO EMBARRESSED, AND THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK ACT LIKE IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL-- NO APOLOGY FROM HER JUST A KEY TO ANOTHER ROOM WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A HANDICAPPED ROOM AND NEITHER ME NOR MY HUSBAND IS HANDICAPPED. THE SMELL IN THE ROOM WAS AWFUL!!!!!!!! WE WON'T BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

Great Place To Stay!

I don't know about all the mattresses in the hallway and bad smells. We had very friendly service and the room was very clean, comfortable and smelled fresh too. Overall an excellent experience at this Best Western.

WHAT'S THAT SMELL?????

MY WIFE AND I JUST STAYED THERE ON APRIL 7 & 8, 2006. WE HAD A KING SIZED ROOM. THE STAFF MADE THE CHECK IN AND OUT EASY. WHEN WE WENT UP TO OUR ROOM, OPENED THE DOOR AND WALKED INSIDE, OH MY GOSH. THE SMELL WAS SO BAD, I THOUGHT I WAS IN A GYM. IT SMELLED LIKE BODY ORDOR. I ASKED THE FRONT DESK IF WE COULD BE MOVED TO ANOTHER NON-SMOKING ROOM, BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE, ONLY SMOKING. SO THEY OFFERED TO GIVE ME SOME AIR FRESHNER. THAT REALLY DID NOT WORK AS WELL. THE BED WAS AS HARD AS CONCRETE AND THE OUTSIDE COULD USE A LITTLE UPDATING, ALSO. THE ONLY THING THAT MADE UP FOR ALL OF THE BAD STUFF, WAS THE GREAT PRICE THAT I GOT THE ROOM FOR. IF WE DECIDED TO GO BACK TO THE AREA, I WILL GOING TO ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY.

Go somewhere else!

I had the worst stay here! One front desk girls was very nice the other lady there was snotty. I payed way too much but it was late and I was driving all day. The room wasn't that clean great the remote was broken couldn't find a channel guide. The room felt damp and smelled funny. The bed sheets also felt damp (both beds) The next morning I found a used band aid next to the night stand. I filled out a comment card and left my name and address but I haven't heard anything. Be Very Aware if you stay there! I will make sure in the future I stay away.
