Five-star staff

The degree of service we received was incredible. We needed help hooking up to the wireless internet high-speed network and had some trouble, but the staff was knowledgable enough to help us do it. I was at another hotel a month ago and they had this 1800 number that couldn't really help me. The staff also brought my family extra pillows and towels and they have these maps at the front desk that shows you all the best places to go in town and restaurants. Oh, they have lots of restaurant coupons as well. One caution though, book your rooms early as they sell fast and as they sell through, the prices go up. That's what the front desk girl told me anyways.
