What a nice hotel

I stayed for 5 days with my 9 year old granddaughter. The hotel staff was nice and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom had a shower only but was spotless. Housekeeping services was exceptional and we felt very safe during our stay. The hotel does not have an elevator but don't let that keep you from staying here. As I was trying to get my bags upstairs the lady at the front desk came around and carried it up for me. I didn't expect that. I can't say enough good things about the staff and service. It was also one of the most reasonably priced hotels around. I will definately stay here again next time I'm in Greeley.

The degree of service we received was incredible. We needed help hooking up to the wireless internet high-speed network and had some trouble, but the staff was knowledgable enough to help us do it. I was at another hotel a month ago and they had this 1800 number that couldn't really help me. The staff also brought my family extra pillows and towels and they have these maps at the front desk that shows you all the best places to go in town and restaurants. Oh, they have lots of restaurant coupons as well. One caution though, book your rooms early as they sell fast and as they sell through, the prices go up. That's what the front desk girl told me anyways.

Close to UNC and very quiet

My daughter will be a freshman at UNC in the fall and we had to go to Greeley for orientation. The hotel is a couple of minutes from the school, but in a very quiet location. My other kids and I hung out by the outdoor pool and we felt very secure and relaxed there. Special thing about this hotel is that they serve soup in the evenings. That is a nice treat for to have in the early evening before we went out to eat later on. Whenever we need to come here again for my daughter, we will always stay in this hotel. Staff is very sincere, helpful, and my whole experience was very nice. Rooms are nice and clean too!
