So far so bad
We are getting married at a place in Northeast SA and this was one of the closest hotels to that location. If our stay is anything like the service we've received in getting our friends and families rooms, then it will be one of the worst decisions we've made. Not exaggerating, we have called at least 6 times over the last 3 months to check on the reservations(we blocked 20 rooms aside) and see how many rooms have been reserved under our names. Every time they have absolutely no idea what we are talking about. It takes 30 minutes to convince them that we did not make this up. After finding multiple people with the same last name(my last name), they realize that they had made a mistake. Each time, they have said they are sorry and promise that it will not happen again. Again, today a friend called and let me know they had no idea who I was when they were trying to make their reservation. I then had to call them again and it was the same go round as it has each and every previous time we had called. If I could, I would change every reservation my family has made. I really question the service of this hotel. At this time, they get one star. I will write another review again after my families stay, able to judge them in person.
