I liked this hotel and casino!

Most people write reveiws that hurt businesses without gicing thought to the fact that someone else might really LIKE the place. I visited for an overnight stay recently and LIKED it. I was checked in quickly. My room was clean and ready and had not "issues'. I ordered food from the grill and it was all very nice but what I really loved were the three-layer Cheesecakes! The bakery at this facilityis exceptional. The next morning prior to my departure I went to the Casino and played one of the machines. I put in $29. In less than 15 minutes I have won $75! The staff is friendly and the Valet parking quick and efficient. I give this place four out of five stars. Rose from Bama

casino free slot play for members

We visited the casino a total of 8 times, 1/1/2010 to 3/5/2010. When we arrived 11/5/2010 we were told that our free slot play had been cancelled out due to the time span. Other casinos cancel after 12 months! Therefore we have cancelled Hollywood Casino!!! Don't feel they were fair in canceling our slot play, no wonder they weren't very busy for a Friday night, just maybe others have had this happen and feel the same way as we do. OK for fun, not for business travel

Rooms were clean, staff was nice. Had a problem with buffet charges showing up triple for one night on my bill at check-out and front desk staff was unable to help resolve - was told I could go to buffet and speak to Manager there. Not sure if I will stay there again.

This is a great place to stay. The service was good, and the employees were polite. The casino was great because they give great deals, the buffet was excellent. Overall this casino and the hotel was excellent.

great time!

My husband and I stay in the Hollywood Casino Hotel several times a year. My children are in their 30's and they go to the Hollywood also. My stay in Hotel has always been enjoyable. Everything is very convenient. I enjoy the casino so much because it has the games we enjoy playing.

terrific place, my favorite casino/hotel

I have stayed there at least 4 times in last few months. After gambling twice, I started gettting free nights (including weekends). Rooms are very very nice, and staff goes out of their way to help you. Their restaurant serving steaks is awesome.. Enjoy

Great place to stay, great town!!

This is one of the nicest casinos around, before Hurricane Katrina we visited there at least once a month. The food was great and the service was excellent. They treat you right, after a short while we were getting free rooms, how much more could you ask for.

Our favorite place to go!

Casino Magic Bay Towers was always our favorite place to go. We live in Florida and came to Bay St. Louis- Casino Magic once or twice a month. We are excited that it's back. Just a great place to stay. It is nice staying inside the casino facility and having such great places to eat.
