arrogant manager

I was one of the event sponsor that the event was held at mariott and i also stay at mariott for 2 nights. but for the high class hotel like mariott, i think for manager restaurant vis-a-vis mr.Fendi need to improve his comunication skill. The way he handle the problem and costumer still need to improve.

Would Not Stay Anywhere Else

Have stayed here on several occassions and have always found the security, service, cleanliness, and amenities to be outstanding each time. Was extreamly impressed on one trip by the additional security taken by the hotel during a special event. Being a foriegn traveler, I would highly recommend this hotel to any one staying in Surabaya for the overall experience at a great price. Although not adjacent to any shopping area or attractions, the hotel shuttle runs hourly to the mall and taxies are always available. Will be back again very soon.

The place so nice, clean, comfort and luxury. Whether the location not near mall but they have shuttle every hours to the mall. Thank u very much

I always overslept

I booked one room in this hotel in surabaya for somenights. I spent the night with my cousins...Its a nice place to stay with all the luxurious...it might be the most lux hotel in SBY. The bathroom was excelent. I overslept one morning coz the silence of the area made me think that its not morning yet. I got sleep well there. Thanx to JW Marriot. And one more thing, i took my cousin to the hotel pub. We enjoyed the atmosphere...its really like the jakarta's nightlife...

It's a good place to stay

The only best place in Surabaya i stayed in the last time is JW Marriot Hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and had a deluxe room there. I really like to stay there because it is near to Tunjungan Plaza, and the hotel have shuttle bus to drop me in every half an hour. On saturday night, my cousin and i went to the hotel pub. The pub has nice atmosphere. we were having a good time there. JW Marriot is a very nice hotel to stay and it is very clean. I can't wait to go back there ;)

Excellent!!

Cozy room, delicious food, in central city, nice lounge, good personnel, beautiful interior, And JJ's pub is excellent!!! I really had fun there. But in the morning & after office hour, u better be ready for heavy traffic in front of the hotel.

worst electricity

I'm verry disapointed whit the electricity in the hotel 'cause one day the electricity in the hotel has turn off i ask to officer in duty their said the genset are geting verry hot. and at the same time i'll serve my company gues from othe contry
