Ramada Limited Arrowhead Mall, Glendale

We were visiting my father-in-law in Sun City and needed three rooms for all of us. Jason set us up with a great rate and great rooms. We had a king suite and two queens in the other two rooms. All three rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. We were on the back side facing the mall and it is within walking distance to the hotel. As are other shops and restaurants. The location near the 101 Loop is also very convenient. The drive to and from the airport is about 45 minutes because we arrived during rush hour traffic and left early in the morning and also hit rush hour. Their continental breakfast is very good. We did not use the pool or weight room, but there were others who were and seemed to be enjoying those facilities. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family members.

My fiance just returned from his 3rd deployment to Iraq as a Sgt in the Marine Corps. He was told he couldnt receive the military discount becuase there were limited rooms available that night. Where is the appreciate for our military men these days? I cant believe my fiance just risked his life 3 times for this country and he wasnt even granted the smallest amount of gratitude at a hotel! To say the least he was pretty upset about it and we won't be staying at Ramada again. So if your family member has served in the armed forces, fore-warning...dont stay here.

The room was comfortable, it was the right location, and afordable just what i needed. Close to the shopping mall, and theaters, and many afordable resturants.

We stayed at several Ramada Limiteds in northern Arizona and all of them, including this one, were simply a great value. They are not fancy but rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, and free internet. The consistency of quality from on Ramada Limited to the next was impressive. The staff was efficient and friendly, and the continental breakfast was excellent. In the future wherever we travel we will look for a Ramada Limited as our first hotel choice.

We loved the room size and the beds are almost new and very comfy. The bath room was great condition too. The Hotel Staff were very nice. Overall we had great experience and we will go back again.
