Mu husband stayed at this hotel because he was working in Fayetteville. He arrived at this hotel past midnight. Was given a room where their "HIGH SPEED INTERNET" was not working and it was critical he had access due to having to send out a report. He was moved to another room after calling the help desk tech to no avail. In this new room (mind you it's not 2 am), he was unable to take a shower, it did not work. The toilet seat was broken and would not stay up, and there were a host of other issues. He travels during the week in the area and often has to stay overnight. This was the WORST play he ever stayed in. The rate was over 75 dollars for a room with nothing working. I hope they get their stuff fixed at this hotel. It was a nightmare. He did not get to bed until 345 am and had to be up at 800 am to get to his work site. We would NOT reccomend this place unless they do a complete overhaul. The good thing is that in the end. They did not charge him for his room. That was greatly appreciated. It was not the staff's fault the hotel was in this condition. The OWNER is who is responsible for it and we hope he/she will address these issues.
