Budget Host Inn, Gainesville

To start with the hotel allows pets, but the man asked us to keep the dog (a four & a half pound Pomeranian) off the bedspread. The bed was about three quarters of the room so I'm sure how you can see that just didn't work. There was a used bar of soap in the bathtub complete with hair on it. The sink didn't drain so we got to stare at toothpaste & the hair from my husband shaving the entire time we were there. The sheets were stained with makeup & other things which I could not identify. Basically it was an unclean & pretty unfriendly place. The only redeeming quality that the hotel had was that the room was cheap, but it would be worth it to pay more & stay somewhere else.
