Minotel Beau Sejour, Leukerbad

I spent 3 nights at the Hotel Beau Sejour in September, 2004 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfortable...mine had a large double bed, a desk & chair, an armoire, mini-safe, TV, direct dial phone, a clock radio...like a miniature mountain chalet! The bathroom, although not spacious, was very clean and a hair dryer was provided. The mountain resort of Leukerbad is known for its thermal baths and spas...there's nothing like relaxing in the baths of the Alpentherme or the Burgerbad after a hike in the mountains. This Minotel has 24 rooms and also offers a private sauna, vapour bath and solarium, parking, elevator, room for seminars or banquets. The restaurant/bar within the hotel is top notch and there is even a terrace outside for dining during warm weather. A scrumptious buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room. The hotel is centrally located...easy to walk to the town center and to the mineral baths. Prices are reasonable (for Switzerland).
