very unhappy
By mam, 2/20/10
disapointed in this place they did not notify us of the pool restrictions untill we already checked in then told us that we would have to rent us another room for more wrist bands just for them to tell us there were no more rooms availble so we were stuck with two kids who did not get to go swimming becouse of tere stupid pool rules so if u rent here make sure u get what u need they would not help us in any way so better luck to you. I will never rent a room from here again !

very nice
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/12/08
We have stayed at this Ramada five times in the last year. We have never had a problem. Our room has always been clean. Our family loves the pool. Great location, close to mall, Scheels, restaurants, etc. Nice place for a family to stay.

Motel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/1/08
Overpriced for the type of hotel we thought we were stayin at. To much noise and not enough elevators in the motel. Food is overpriced for the amount they serve and taste.

Not what I expected
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/29/07
This hotel would much rather cater to kids sports teams running up and down the halls til the wee hours of the morning. Was in the honeymoon suite on the 5th floor, with kids screaming and having a party in the hallways, NOT Impressed

Exceptional Staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/19/06
I've traveled my entire life and had become used to a less than perfect customer experience from hotel staff.. not at the Ramada Inn in Fargo! What wonderful people! Corrine (restaurant hostess)was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Was extremely understanding of my situation and helped make my stay wonderful! The Property Manager should be very proud of her/his staff.

I Can See Why This Hotel Won #1 Five Years in a Row!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/16/06
I have never stayed in a hotel that made me feel more at home then this hotel. This hotel is like new inside and out. The food is amazing and the service is out of this world. My kids had a blast in the water park, there is a 150ft water slide that was fun for the kids and adults!!. The location was great with the shopping mall right across the street from the property, plus we were surrounded by different resturant choices. This hotel was a home run!!.

This Hotel Sets the Bar for Service and Guest Experience!
By Robert Leslie, 2/16/06
This hotel is amazing from top to bottom. We stayed in a two room suite, it was layed out so well. The hotel rooms are like new, and they had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in any hotel or resort. The resturant had great food and amazing service, plus the room service was delicious as well. I will stay at this hotel again forsure.

Not a 3 star hotel keep looking
By valerie, 12/13/05
I wasz very dissapointed in the hotel. We flew to Fargo N.D. from California for a week husband had to go for business i was for leisure. But upon check in asked for a room on the N.E side of the bulding was told no problem given the keys and off i went. When i got to the room i see that it was facing the s.w. and was not happy called down and was told if i wanted the room i asked for i had to upgrade to a 2 room suite. Not happy. SHortly after i tried to turn on the tv to watch while unpacking and lo and behold the remote did not work. So i called down tot he desk againa dn they had to send up a new one. well i unpacked and was looking for a fridge. Now staying at the hotle for a week most hotels have fridges but no fridge or even a microwave. so yeah. I went down to find out where the continental breakfast was for morning and was so dissapointed to find out they had no continental breakfast but you can order expensive room service. then i seen that they had laundry so we did not pack as much as we thought we would need i asked where the laundry room is and they said they have none but are happy to send out for drycleaning. Then we were so tired that night after all is said and done and fell alseep right away. My husband left for the office and i thought i would watch some tv in bed. well i pulled up the covers and my hand stuck to the comforter. I called the front desk again and told them there was somethig sticky from the top center of the comforter to about 2 feet down. I had them bring me another one. And if you are going there on business their business center is a desk in the front of the lobby near the door. I was asked a few questions like where doi i check in and for directions form other fellow traelers. That is terrible they need to have a room for privacy or something. I feel like they spent so much time on what the outside and the lobby looked like that they did not even consider the rooms. I have stayed at plenty hotels and they are not any better maybe even worse than other ones. You would think having the looks of it that it would be spectacular but it was not. And when we were there they were having holiday partys in the conference rooms and you had to drive around the parking lot for like 10 minutes if you are lucky to get a spot. they should be concerned aout the guest parking rather than party parking. So if you are considering going to fargo and looking for a hotel go to another one like maybe the comeon inn or the windgate or even the donaldson. But i would not stay here again. but that is my opinion
