Baymont Inn & Suites Tulsa, Tulsa

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Baymont. The room was A+. The staff was courteous and plesant. Shortly after an hour the front desk called our room and asked if we needed anything. We never recieved such courteous service before. The breakfast bar was nice. We found our entire stay plesant. When we travel again we will be looking for other Baymont Inn to relax ourselves. Most enjoyable!!!!!!

Dirty carpet! Smelly room! Bathroom is very small. But the breakfast is good.

We stayed at the Baymont last weekend, we were there for 4 days, and it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, We never received maid service. We were treated rudely each time we spoke with a staff member. We also noticed that the side entrance to the building was left unlocked at all times. Eventually we ran out of toilet paper and called the front desk, they complained to us that it was not their job, and told us they would take care of it "later" when they did replace it they left the door to our hotel room wide open. That's right when we returned to our room at 11 pm, our hotel room door was wide open. Awesome. In addition, we were snapped at repeatedly by the front desk for asking for things like getting the trash removed from our room (we didn't even try for fresh towels) and asking for more in-room coffee (we waited over 4 hours and had to call twice for that one) The room was cleanish upon check in, although the carpet was so dirty that it stained our socks. Getting to the hotel itself is also a trip, you basically have to traverse over 3-4 abandoned parking lots filled with rubble and pot holes. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. This place does not care about you or your belongings.

My husband and I were traveling with our cat and dog and had a hard time finding anywhere in this area that would allow pets (one turned us down for a cat and one turned us down for pets over 25#). This hotel asked no questions about the type of pets we had and did not charge a pet fee/deposit. The room was very nice and the hotel was clean. The front desk staff was extremely nice, and helpful when we were trying to decide on a place to get food delivered from. The only complaint I have about this property is the location. It is not easy to find from the highway if you were planning to just drive on in. We only found it because of our navigational unit. The breakfast was good; not a huge choice of items but if cereal, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit and do-it-yourself waffles are a good enough selection for you then this place is great!

great price very friendly staff big nice room soft bed very clean hotel needs another elevator and a snack machine on the other floors not just the main floor i will stay there the next time iam in the tulsa area

Beware of this hotel. They have bed bugs. I was there April 18 2007 and came back with bed bugs! WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL!

The room was clean and nice. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It ohly has a small reception that is not big enouph for other activities!
